Lisa and Umphrey Jackson started LJ's events and Catering in 2005. Since then have they catered many events including 3 NFL Super Bowls, Music festivals, Nascar Events, and Many other Corporate affairs from West Palm Beach to Key West.

Our Specialties include Destination Weddings set along the beaches of

The Florida Keys, South Beach , and  Many Local Resorts 

 

We also Plan and Cater  Quinces (15s), Sweet 16s  birthday parties, Retirement Parties  and many more 

We also do Intimate Dinner Parties and Office Events.

Event Planner and Decorator Lisa Jackson

Lisa has a degree in Hospitality and Resturant Management and a BA in Business Administration.

She can help clients manage any size  project, large or small.

 Head Chef Umphrey Jackson

Chef Umphrey Jackson has over 26 years in the food industry. He starting out  after college working at local restaurants in the Miami area. He was encouraged by several  friends and  clients to start his own business . He opened and  owned 2 sucessful restaurants but found that together with his wife Lisa, they really enjoyed the Catering and Event Planning Business. Umphrey's philosophy is to cook foods fresh on site and use only high quailty , locally sourced ingredients.  His Specialties are Southern style Grilling, BBQ'ed Smoked  Briskets, Ribs and Chciken  and Creating amazing Meal Plans. He has been featured in the Miami Hearld and was interviewed on  Radio as one of the top  Chef s in South Florida.
