Day -of Coordinator  

Our Day of Wedding Coordinator will assist in making sure that your special day goes off smoothly and flawlessly. We will be present at the venue early to ensure that every detail is set up according to the wishes of our client.

• Act as liaison between bride and vendors coming on site
• Get list of names of bridal party to coordinate the processional

• Work with Bride to have a time line
• Check Ceremony site
• Check with Hair and Make up to ensure timely bride and groom procession
• Set up favors or other personal effects  or welcome gifts
• Communicate with all vendors according to timeline
• Set up sign in table and guest book
• 1 hour Rehearsal Ceremony
• Go over any time line changes for the  Wedding Day
• Coordinate with Caterer if there is  a Rehearsal or Welcome dinner

Our Partial Event Co-Ordination

Let us step up and put your mind at ease , our Certified Planners will help you 30 days- out from your wedding date we will:

• Get the list of all vendors and organize time of arrival
• Email and organize guests lists and final guest counts
• Check  florals, bouquets and boutonnieres
• Coordinate Timelines for all guest arrivals and transportation needs
• Assist in final hotel arrangements
• Co-ordinate Placement and delivery of personal décor and DYI  items and favors
• Delivery of welcome bags to hotels
• PLUS everything described in Day-of Coordinating
