 Head Chef Umphrey Jackson

Chef Umphrey Jackson has over 26 years in the food industry. He starting out  after college working at local restaurants in the Miami area. He was encouraged by several  friends and  clients to start his own business . He opened and  owned 2 sucessful restaurants but found that together with his wife Lisa, they really enjoyed the Catering and Event Planning Business. Umphrey's philosophy is to cook foods fresh on site and use only high quailty , locally sourced ingredients.  His Specialties are Southern style Grilling, BBQ'ed Smoked  Briskets, Ribs and Chciken  and Creating amazing Meal Plans. He has been featured in the Miami Hearld and was interviewed on  Radio as one of the top  Chef s in South Florida.

You’ll be a huge fan of our frozen Drink Machine.  Good for boozy slushies, non-alcoholic slushes, frozen lemonade, and margaritas on a hot day.  Add to any bar package for an additinal $5.00 Per person.
